It’s so easy to use the Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads! This “How to” Guide will give you some helpful pointers if you’re just starting out. Remember, before you can post an ad you have to register first. There is no charge to register it is completely free. But, if you want to post items to sell, advertise or trade here there is a flat-free rate of $10.00 U.S. Dollars per month.

Please read below for detailed instructions on how to register, sell, buy, trade, and update your ads/user profile or report a listing.

HOW TO REGISTER

The first step to using the Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads section is to register/join. Whilst you can browse the website without needing to be registered, you will need to be logged in to list anything or contact a seller about an ad. To join, click on the “Register” button located in the top right-hand corner of the Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads page and complete the information required.

Once you have submitted your registration, an e-mail will be sent to your nominated address with your new password. You can update this password once you are logged in by clicking the “My Dashboard” link at the top right-hand corner of the window and then accessing “My Profile”.

Please ensure you are familiar with the Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads Terms of Use and Privacy Policy if you wish to use this service to buy and sell any of your merchandise, services, etc..

HOW TO SELL

To List a new item, log in, if you have already created a username and password. If not, then you will be required to “Register” first before posting to the Classified Ads. Then just click on the “Post a Classified” button located on this page. This will open up the form to enable you to complete your listing as well as insert images. Be sure to complete all fields marked with a *, including the relevant category for your item.

Notes:

• Your listing will still allow an interested buyer to contact you via the “Contact the Author of this Ad” link, whilst keeping your e-mail address private.
• The maximum image size is 1MB, if your photo(s) are larger than this, they will not appear in the ad correctly.
• You will need to manually enter in the answer to the simple math sum on the bottom of the page before you click “Post it” (This is a security feature to ensure the Poderosa Classified Ads is not inundated with fake listings).

You will see confirmation message stating “Your Data has been Submitted Successfully” when the new listing is done. The item will appear in both the relevant category you selected, as well as the “Latest Listings” main page. Keep in mind your ad will only show up after your payment has been received.

If for any reason you need to edit/update your listing – you can access your ads within the “My Dashboard” screen. For any other help, please contact us.

HOW TO BUY / ASK ABOUT ITEMS FOR SALE

If you are interested in a particular item listed in the Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads, click on the name of the item to open up the listing view. Here you will see if the seller has listed a contact phone number, or alternatively you can click on the “Contact the author of this ad” link on the right-hand column. This will open up a standard form for you to complete, which will be e-mailed to the seller. Please note, you need to be logged in to be able to do this.

All arrangements to purchase the item(s) are made between the buyer and the seller directly. Please refer to the Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads Terms of Use for further details.

Notes:

• Unless stated as otherwise by the seller, the items listed on Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads should be assumed to be  items that have been taken care of and not junk (unless someone is looking for old junk).
• Unless stated as otherwise by the seller, it should be assumed that postage/delivery costs are separate to the asking price of any item listed for sale and are payable by the buyer.
• As this website is intended for residents of anywhere in the World, all currency is in U.S. dollars.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR ADS AND USER PROFILE

When you are a registered user, you can access the “My Dashboard” page which is a link in the top right-hand corner of the screen next to your username. Here you can access the following features:

• My Profile (which is where you can update your password and other information for other members to see).
• A list of your current Ads (where you can edit, or pause/restart your Ads)
• Currently, as there isn’t a feedback system in place, could we please ask that if you have sold an item listed, that you change the header of the ad to say *SOLD* instead of pausing the ad. Thank you.

When another member clicks on your username within any of the Ads you have listed, they can see your profile photo (if any), and a list of your other Ads.

HOW TO REPORT A LISTING

If you wish to report a listing you see here on Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads, please open the relevant item from the Classifieds list, and click on the “Report” button found within the listing details. This will notify Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads admin to check it out. Any inappropriate listings will be deleted upon further investigation. Keep in mind, that if you post an inappropriate item and it is deleted because of the report that you will not be refunded your Posting Fee.

Should you have any issues with another member in relation to a negative trade experience, please contact us. Complaints will be taken seriously and members will be banned if found to be detrimental to this community.
