This site was developed for a place to place your Classified Ads and is based in the United States. However it is the World Wide Web here that we are talking about. All posted items can be bought and sold no matter what country in the world you are from. The only thing to keep in mind is that the buyer is going to pay for the Shipping & Handling on all item(s) listed here. Unless, the seller and buyer agree to different terms, in which Poderosa Ranch Classified Ads will hold no responsibility for that. That is solely between the Buyer and Seller.

There are no bids or auctions here just a place for what we like to call “The Home of Affordable Classified Ads”. The pricing structure is very reasonable and for the Give Aways section there is no cost at all for posting free items, except for Shipping & Handling unless specified otherwise by the seller. However, Keep In Mind: Anyone caught posting in the Give Aways Sections and trying to charge will be banned and possible legal action will be taken.

This cost of Posting A Classified Ad here is just $10.00 U.S. Dollars per Ad posted. That is a very reasonable cost for an ad that will run for a full month (31 Days to be exact). You will also get room enough for a 5,000 word description for your item and be able to upload multiple images as long as they are not more than 1mb in size. I would suggest optimizing your images for the web before posting them.

You also have the ability to post a video of your item(s) for sale if you have the embed code for it. Most people make a video and upload it to YouTube and then get the embed code for it. Try to get that from posting in a local Newspaper or eBay without losing a percentage of your sale. We could structure this site to charge a percentage of your sale price but, I feel that using a flat fee rate is more fair to everyone.

In the near future I plan on making video tutorials on how to setup an account and post ads along with a video frequently asked questions and answers solution.
